Home Inspections
New Construction Inspections
We perform these inspections before closing to ensure not only the brand new home is complete, but that is was completed to the correct standards. If there is anything wrong with the home before closing, the builder may correct any issues prior to closing. We can inspect the home in 4 different phases: Pre-Pour Inspection, Pre-Drywall Inspection, Final Inspection, and Warranty Inspection.
Roof Inspections
A certified roof inspection determines the life expectancy of your roof. These inspections are done by licensed home inspectors. The report is provided to you with detailed photos, notes on damages and repairs to be made.
